Spiced Peas Pulao

If you love peas, you’re going to love this rice dish. Using fresh peas is the best option, especially when they’re bright green and sweet. But you can use frozen peas too. Its light, mildly spiced rice that goes great with creamy curries or something simple as simple raita with some Chatpata papad churi masala. It’s a very simple dish but screams Indian flavours. This dish compliments spicy as well as mildly spiced curries. You can try this Spicy malai kofta with the dish. The creamy and spicy curry perfectly balances the sweetness from the peas in the pulao.
