This is a quick and simple salad that elevates the taste of pineapple. It’s spicy, tangy and sweet and all in the right balance. And all you need to do is mix everything together and leave it to infuse for an hour or so. You can eat it as it is or as an accompaniment with pulao, Chapati, Khati rolls, etc. Just chop the pineapple smaller if you’re using it as a relish on khati rolls.
Pineapple- 1 cup
Green chilli- 1 or 2 (based on preference)
Chopped Ginger- 1 teaspoon
Chopped Coriander- 2 teaspoons
Chopped Mint- 2 teaspoon
Salt- To taste
- Mix all of the above ingredients and leave it to infuse for at least 1 hour.
Try it with- Corn and Capsicum Pulao, Easy Kadai Paneer, Spiced Peas Pulao, Mini Mint and Potato Samosas, Jeera Rice, Tandoori pomfret
