One-Pot Pizza Sauce

With this pizza sauce recipe, you’ll never buy pizza sauce from the store. The easiest recipe you will ever need. It has got the right balance of sweetness, tanginess, and spice. It’s very easy to make. Its just blending and cooking. Here goes,

Blend the tomatoes, onions, and garlic to a very smooth paste. In a saucepan, add butter, some thyme or any herbs you have. Add in the paste along with some salt, sugar, chilli flakes, chilli powder, and water. Cook with the lid on for 15 minutes, until the sauce thickens and the onions do not taste raw anymore. Refrigerate till required.

 

Recipe:

Tomato- 4 large, roughly chopped
Onion- 2 large, roughly chopped
Garlic- 10-15 cloves
Thyme/ herbs- 1 tablespoon
Chilli flakes- 1 tablespoon
Chilli powder- 1 teaspoon (for colour)
Butter- 3 tablespoon
Sugar- 1 teaspoon
Water- 250 ml
Salt- to taste
